In a world of ‘like me’ products and services, it is so refreshing to find a company that is genuinely passionate about its customers – something which I think is very important, but too often not the case, these days. I would therefore like to thank Macbeth for offering (and more importantly) delivering so well on its promise “With Macbeth we offer a highly personal service, regularly reviewing our clients’ current arrangements to ensure that they don’t experience any nasty surprises”.

Following my car insurance “total loss claim”, Macbeth have done everything possible to help me through this difficult period. But companies, such as Macbeth, are not faceless and it’s the Client Manager that has to communicate and empathise with the customer. And on this very point, I would like to praise Carl Sharp – my point of contact at Macbeth. Carl has been so helpful and supportive – always making the effort to contact me and ensure I was fully informed and, had completed all the necessary steps in the process. His manner and approach would suggest to me he is a ‘role model’ – a good communicator, listener and problem solver plus, flexible and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative.

I am pleased I chose to insure through Macbeth, and pleased that Carl Sharp delivered the Macbeth promise so well.
