Macbeth strengthens regional leadership with strategic acquisition of ISS

We are excited to announce that we have acquired Insurance Services Surrey Ltd (ISS), further strengthening our regional presence. This strategic move reinforces our position as a top regional broker, increasing our Group’s Gross Written Premium (GWP) income from £41 million to £45 million and expanding our expert team to 73 members.

As part of this acquisition, the ISS leadership team – Peter Sambrook, John Goodson, and Rob Tipping – have joined us, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity of the exceptional service ISS clients have come to expect. The wider ISS team also remain with us, further enhancing our service capabilities across the region.
