Employing people is one of the biggest headaches for SME’s which are particularly vulnerable to certain types of challenges. According to a 2012 ACAS report, employees in small firms are overwhelmingly more satisfied than their counterparts in larger organisations, however, smaller organisations are over represented in Employment Tribunal claims being the source of most unfair dismissal claims.

In this session we will focus on the top 5 employment issues facing SME’s in order to better prepare companies to deal with them.
