He joined County Sound Radio in 1989 as the on air breakfast presenter working his way up to become Managing Director of his first station in Cheshire in 1998.Two years later, Paul launched Kick FM in West Berkshire whilst also running North Hampshire’s 107.6 Kestrel FM and was instrumental in compiling the winning bid for the new local radio licence for Reading. (Reading 107) During his career, Paul has gained considerable experience in radio, print and press advertising, developing integrated campaigns for hundreds of customers from SME’s to household names, B2B and B2C.
