Jason Rayner

Meet Jason, Ops Director, incessant improvement seeker and outdoors enthusiast (kettlebell throwing, mountaineering, kayaking and paddleboarding to name a few). He may have scored the final goal at the old Wembley Stadium – ask him when you see him.

Jason joined Macbeth in 2026 as Operations Director after 30 years in financial services across life and pensions, banking and insurance. He’s held lots of senior commercial, marketing and ops positions and is good at making others great. His goal is to become Macbeth’s most effective and enthusiastic cheerleader.

“My job is to know what needs to be fixed, and then develop the people I work with to be able to fix those things. I love collaborating with brilliant people to find opportunities for improvement. Whether that’s big strategic plays, marginal gains or personal growth.”
