John has been in insurance for nearly 40 years and, as well as helping corporate clients with complex insurance requirements, he’s also our resident expert on intellectual property rights, and has extensive knowledge of warranties and indemnities liability. John believes being a good insurance broker is about finding creative ways to reduce exposure to risk, rather than just quoting from a standard insurance menu.
