Who I am

I’m Fenella Pretty who joined Peter Lole Insurance Brokers in October 1999 and joined Macbeth in April 2021 as part of the acquisition.

My role at Macbeth

I specialist in Freight and Marine claims where these can be challenging as every incident has different seniors of events and many parties involved. I liaise with clients, customer, Insurers, Solicitors, other claims handlers and third parties on behalf of our assured to progress and resolve the claim as soon as possible.

Additionally, as a dedicated claims handler I deal with some clients that have a high volume of property and motor claims.
