Meet Julie, people manager, problem solver and personal training enthusiast.

Julie has spent over 30 years in insurance claims and has dealt with every type of claim possible. She’s particularly knowledgeable about motor claims with multi-vehicle collisions, driver injuries, pedestrian injuries and liability disputes.

Julie believes in creating an open, supportive environment for her team, helping individuals to build confidence and grow through experience.

Her motto is ‘there’s always a solution to every problem’ and that it’s important to enjoy the process of finding it.

“I get a lot of job satisfaction from making sure clients get a fair outcome along with great customer service. I try to put myself into the client’s shoes so I can empathise with their situation.  Receiving positive Working Feedback is the icing on the cake”
