Who I am

I’m Vikki Claxton, Client Services Director and owner at Macbeth Financial Services.

My role at Macbeth

I have overall operational oversight of Financial Services and manage our team on a day-to-day basis. Part of my role is the delivery of our Employee Benefits and personal client processes to ensure we deliver an effective and efficient service. My specialist areas of knowledge include all forms of protection including personal Life Assurance together with various employee benefits such as Group Healthcare, Group Income Protection, and Group Death in Service.

I love being part of the Macbeth team because

I support its values and its ethos. There’s something special about the Macbeth team where we all work hard and play hard. We’re fortunate in that our clients are a pleasure to deal with and it’s nice to be able to interact with people from all walks of life. I particularly like welcoming new clients, ensuring their requirements are met and their experience is a pleasant one.
