Who I am

I’m Louise Hill and I started with Peter Lole in 2010 as a commercial account handler and following the acquisition of Peter Lole by Macbeths in 2021 i am now working as a client adviser.

My role at Macbeth

I work with existing SME clients in handling their renewal process from the negotiation of terms with insurers, checking alternative markets to ensure the terms offered are competitive, answering queries on products offered and providing accurate policy documentation. I also provide support to our our clients with any mid-term adjustments needed to their existing policies.
