Who I am

I’m Peter Emerton and I’ve been working at Macbeth since 2015.

My role at Macbeth

I’ve worked within the SME/commercial sector for 50 years, looking after business insurance needs, both locally and throughout the UK. I look to understand a client’s business and the risks they face on a day-to-day basis, tailoring an insurance solution to their specific needs. For me it’s about becoming a trusted part of my clients’ teams and building long-term professional partnerships.

I love being part of the Macbeth team because

Even at this late stage of my career I still feel I have a lot to offer my long-established clients, many have become close friends over the years which is very rewarding. The opportunity to join a young, vibrant local broker with a great reputation really appealed to me and I enjoy being part of a team with vision and enthusiasm.
