Who I am

I’m Lisa Harper and I joined Macbeth in 2017 as Business Support which I thoroughly enjoyed. In 2021 I was asked if I’d like to join the Commercial & Technology team as Broker Support and I jumped at the opportunity. I am enjoying learning all aspects of the insurance industry.

My role at Macbeth

My role is to provide administrative support to the Client Advisers and Client Managers in my team, helping them to support our clients with all their insurance needs. I deal with a variety of day-to-day tasks, always ensuring that I give the best possible service to our clients. I also head up Macbeth Premium Finance, this enables us to offer flexible finance options to our clients.

I love being part of the Macbeth team because

Macbeth is a business which focuses on its employees. They make me feel valued and not just like a number. I work alongside a supportive management team and like-minded colleagues. We all work as a team and there is a very friendly environment. I’ve developed various new skills and knowledge of the insurance industry and my career development has been supported and encouraged.
