Who I am

I’m Matt Thrupp and I’ve been with Macbeth since 2018.

My role at Macbeth

I’m part of the Commercial Insurance and Technology team, and look after the insurance portfolios of a wide range of clients and sectors. I pride myself on tailoring commercial insurance programmes and providing risk management advice to meet my clients’ needs, whilst trying to keep things as straightforward as possible.

I love being part of the Macbeth team because

One of the great things about Macbeth is the strength and expertise of the team. There’s a wealth of experience and expertise across both offices, and everyone’s individual skill set compliments this perfectly. Also, Macbeth really look after their staff. Aside the hard work, we have a lot of fun! I’ve really enjoyed the social side of the business over the last few years, and I think that this all translates into a happy, motivated and dedicated team of hardworking professionals – the positivity around the office is apparent and everyone gets along really well.
